18th Birthday Card using Making Memories slice

For this card, I cannot accept any credit. It was made entirely by my Boys age 7 and 5.
They made it for their Uncle using my Making Memories slice.

All the words, leters and numbers were cut from vinyl and I'm not completely sure which design cards they used, but its from any of these: Basic Elements, Basic Shapes 2 or Remember This.

Quick Anniversary card

This card was made for my Mum and Step-Dads 2nd Wedding anniversary.

The paper is from Paperchase and it is like a fabric with embossed patterns over and has an irridescent shimmer to it. (its very hard to catch on photo)

The labels are Nestibilities labels stamped with Kanban sentiments.

Book easel card

I'm really enjoying Easel cards at the moment and what better than a Book Easel card!
The papers I used are We R Memory Keepers, inked with vintage photo distress ink. The flower is also a Papermania white paper flower, inked with vintage photo distress ink.
The border on the bas is punched using a Martha Stewart scallop punch.
It needs a little "something else" but I cant quite put my finger on what..

My Slice Bag

My new slice cutter needs a nice cosy home, but no way am I prepared to pay approximately £50 for a storage bag! I have only ever once spent that on a designer handbag for myself!

So I set out to find a nice bag and I found this fab bag in the first shop I went to, and it was the first bag I spotted. In Primark and it was very, very expensive at £3!

I also needed somewhere to store my Design cards and refence cards. Again I refused to pay almost £20 for a storage folder (mainly because I remember seeing them in Hobbycraft at Christmas for £2.99 but little did I realise 6 months later I would be wanting one!)
I have a few mobile phone/MP3 player cases kicking around that I've bought from Poundland, and lo and behold, my cards in their cases and the refence cards fit perfectly with space for more! (I have 4 design cards so far)

Everything fits inside here, with plenty of space for more! I have my 6" cutting mat, the slice, the power cord, spatula, in the zip compartment are the spare blades, blade tool and adjuster tool. Also is a pouch that holds all me design cards and refence cards.
That purple case holds my Design cards and refence cards
My pouch with design cards and reference cards.
You can see my blade tool poking out the little pocket in this pouch, these are no longer in here, I moved them into the main bag.

Masculine Card

This 5" x 5"card, I made for my Father in laws Birthday.
I used Papermania Jesse papers for the bottom half, some embossed metallic papers from my Stash on the top, and an EK success open scallop punch for the lace across the middle.
The stamp on the oval is a Kanban sentiments set and I made some Faux Bakers twine

60th Birthday card, using my Slice Elite

My Dad turns 60 at the beginning of June, I dont see him very often as we live about 300miles apart, so I like to make him a card.

This is the first card I have made since my "mojo" disapeared, and I managed to get my New Slice machine in on the action too.
I used the Basic elements Design card for the letters, They are 2" shadowed.
The black embossed paper is actually wallpaper! I had a gentle stroll around the wallpaper department of B&Q last weekend and was amazed at the stunning wallpaper! This particular one is a Kitchen and Bathrrom paper.
The peel offs were de-bossed, which I like because it adds another texture.
The black dots are white card candy that I coloured with permenant marker.
